Not at all! Our van is 100% self-sufficient. We carry our own fresh water tank and generator, so there is no need to plug into your home or use your outdoor hose. We leave without a trace.
For the safety of both the groomer and your pet, we ask that owners stay inside their home during the session. Pets tend to focus better without their owner nearby, and it helps reduce anxiety and distractions for a calmer, faster groom.
We assess every pet individually. We happily work with most large breeds! Please mention any behavioral concerns, bite history, or anxiety issues when booking so we can prepare appropriately. Safety for your pet and our groomer is always the top priority.
Appointment times vary by pet size, coat condition, and service selected. A small dog Bath & Tidy typically takes 60–90 minutes, while a large dog Full Groom may take 2–3 hours. We will give you an estimated time window when you book.
We currently serve Waterford, Pontiac, Clarkston, White Lake, and West Bloomfield in Oakland County, Michigan. If you are just outside our listed area, feel free to call — we may still be able to accommodate you.
